FBS (Marketing) Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are a leading Wholesale & Retail organization dealing primarily in fast-moving consumer goods, with a commitment to excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction. We represent several big brands within the local market, such as Mars, Kellogg’s, Foster Clark’s, Barilla, Glenfiddich, as well as Misura, to name a few.
As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Administrator is tasked with the administrative aspects of the marketing department. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the marketing assistant aids both the former as well as the graphic designer in the day-to-day tasks within the marketing department.

Responsibilities
Marketing Activities:

  • Coordinating activations planning, which includes
    • Obtaining quotes and ordering materials from local suppliers
    • Preparing and communicating the packing planner weekly and managing the process in the system
    • Preparing monthly activation planner in collaboration with Marketing Executives and Commercial Team
  • Providing marketing-related feedback to clients via social media portals
  • Conducting marketing research when required
  • Supporting the Marketing Team with day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks like opening Purchase Orders, collecting activity photos and other tasks depending on the current projects.


Requirements:

  • Meticulous and highly organized
  • Team player focused on delivering the results within the set timeframes
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Able to manage many projects at the same time
  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driving licence
  • Experience in a similar role (marketing, commercial or administration) or marketing-related education will be considered an asset.
