Marketing Administrator

CF Estates Ltd, part of CF Contracting Ltd in Malta, is seeking to recruit a Marketing Administrator to join their team, on a full/part-time basis.

Job Role:
The chosen candidate is required to assist in the marketing strategy’s planning and optimisation. The chosen candidate needs to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. S/He needs to be a strong team player and have a good eye for detail.
We are looking for an energetic and innovative individual that works well under pressure and has good time-management skills. The successful applicant will be working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Designer and members of the sales team to help boost the agency's branding and property listings on a variety of platforms. The role requires creativity, strong attention to detail and interest in the latest traditional and digital marketing concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of marketing and social media strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website and social media platforms
• Assist in the production of written, digital and animated content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Keeping up to date with any social media and digital marketing trends
• Ensuring the company produces a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
• Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
• Engaging with social media users and responding to any queries received over the same social media platforms
• Assisting in the management of the company's websites
• Performing ad-hoc marketing tasks and projects as assigned.

 
Requirements:

• A passion for marketing and creativity
• Native or highly proficient English
• Minimum 1-year solid experience in digital marketing
• Familiar with basic Adobe Photoshop functionality.

 
Whilst not essential, familiarity with other design software and video creation/editing is an advantage.
