Job Description:

The Junior Social Media Specialist assists in the development and execuon of social media strategies to

increase brand visibility and engagement. This entry-level role involves supporng the social media team with

content creaon, community management, and performance tracking.

Responsibilies:

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across various plaorms (Facebook, Instagram,
• Twier, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a mely
• manner.
• Support the execuon of social media campaigns and promoons.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Help maintain and update social media calendars and content plans.
• Research and stay current with social media trends and best pracces.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience or internship in social media markeng or a related field.
• Basic understanding of social media plaorms, tools, and best pracces.
• Strong communicaon skills and ability to create engaging content.
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics.
• Fluent in Turkish and good English wring and speaking skills.
• Creave and eager to learn about social media trends and strategies.
