In this position of Head of Marketing, you will be in charge of building a resonating brand and leading a strategy on both B2B and B2C arenas. Reporting to the CEO your responsibilities include the following:
- Designing and leading the implementation of growth strategy by using paid and owned media channels to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way
- Leading rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable solutions, including product, data science, and brand marketing
- Nurturing a talented, high-performance Marketing team helping mentoring, give feedback, and setting a career path with your direct reports
- Overseeing strategic and creative processes for all marketing activities
- Cross-functional collaboration across PR/Communications, adjacent business teams, creative and advertising agencies.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization
