Graphical Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphical Content Creator to join our team. As a Graphical Content Creator, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing content for our company's various platforms. You will work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to bring our brand to life through engaging graphics and visuals. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing to understand the company's branding and visual identity
- Design and create visually appealing graphics for social media, blog posts, website content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
- Capture, Edit and enhance existing visual content to improve its quality and impact
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and style for the company's brand
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs
- Ensure all graphics are in line with brand guidelines and are of high quality
- Use design software and tools to create and manipulate images, illustrations, and other visual elements
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders
- Edit and retouch images, videos as needed for various projects
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
-Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques
- Excellent visual and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from others
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
- Experience with photo editing and retouching is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
