Events Executive

Job Description
Powerhouse Manufacturing Ltd in Malta is looking for an ambitious, determined, and highly motivated individual as an Events Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

This role requires an individual with previous work experience within the Conference and Events Industry.

Job Role:
As an Events Executive, you will be responsible to create event proposals, meet clients on-site and ensure the smooth running and quality control of our events.

The main duties would be;

• Meetings and liaising with clients
• Handling Client requests
• Quotes and Proposals
• Floor plans
• Follow-ups
• Executing sales plan
• Generate Leads
• Creating new and amending existing proposals
• Event Planning Coordination
• Communicating with the rest of the team to ensure the success and perfect execution of each event to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Assigning and managing suppliers, venues

Entry Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role or in the events industry.
• Be creative, have a flair for sales, and pay attention to detail
• Well-organized and possess good time management skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Customer-focused and have a passion for customer service excellence
• Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards working patterns
• Good administrative skills and computer literate.
• Have a good command of the English language both spoken and written.
• Have a pleasant personality and professional disposition
• A driving License is an asset
