Digital Marketing Executive

Our client within the legal industry is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join its Marketing & Business Development team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented professional eager to enhance the firm’s digital presence while supporting event planning and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives.
• Manage and update the firm’s website, ensuring SEO optimization and performance tracking.
• Oversee social media channels, including content planning, engagement strategies, and analytics.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, promotion, and execution of corporate events.
• Adapt marketing materials and branded content to align with the firm’s identity.
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC and display ads.
• Conduct market research and performance analysis to optimize digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency.
• Develop engaging, SEO-friendly content for the company website and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure effective distribution of content across the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures and promotional items, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.

• Holds a degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Maltese is a plus).
• Has at least two years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, PPC advertising, and social media management.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools.
• Is creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
• Has experience with content management systems (primarily WordPress) and email marketing platforms.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
