Machine Operator

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently while ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery.

• Set up machines for production runs.

• Perform routine quality checks on finished products.

• Identify and report any machine faults or maintenance requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

• Assist with achieving daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating industrial machinery is preferred.

• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.

• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
