Senior Legal Counsel (Gaming)

Our client, in the Gaming Sector is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their growing legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, amend, and oversee the execution of agreements with clients and service providers, as well as other legal documentation related to the Company's business activities.
• Handle various matters related to Corporate, Licensing, IP, Contract, Data Protection, and Labour Law.
• Research legal and regulatory issues, provide analysis of legal risks, and create and implement solutions structured to achieve business objectives efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with involved parties and departments within the corporate structure of the company.
• Build and maintain internal legal databases and documentation.

• At least 6 оr more years of relevant, post-graduate experience as an in-house counsel and/or associate in a full-service law firm;
• Experience in corporate, commercial, contractual, IP, tax and administrative law;
• Strong analytical and writing skills;
• Ability to demonstrate a solid business acumen;
• Capable of critical thinking, multitasking, and highlighting dependencies when dealing with legal tasks;
• Very good team player with a proactive, flexible, and motivated personality;
• Capable of task structuring and prioritizing;
• Detail and result-oriented
• Self-sufficient, independent in task executiuon and capable of assuming a leading role in the projects assigned.
