Litigation Lawyer

Our client, a leading law firm in Malta, is seeking to recruit a Litigation lawyer to join their legal team. 

The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Participating in civil, commercial law, GDPR disputes amongst others as well as representing clients before the Maltese Courts and Arbitration Tribunal
• Providing legal advice to clients of the firm within different aspects of law
• Assisting with drafting, reviewing and negotiation of different agreements 
• Providing legal services in relation to high profile transactions for developers, contractors, subcontractors and leading consultants both locally and internationally

• 3 years within Litigation
• Able to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken Maltese
