Legal Associate

A client of ours specialised within the Financial and Corporate sectors, handling a various portfolio of clients, primarily within the iGaming, fintech and crypto space, is looking to onboard a Legal Associate to join their team of professionals:

Duties:

• Manage assigned components of matters within agreed timelines, executing defined workstreams under supervision
• Conduct legal analysis and apply sound reasoning to support projects
• Draft agreements, memoranda, submissions, and advisory documents
• Communicate directly with clients on specific aspects of matters, as delegated
• Coordinate day-to-day work and provide guidance where and as required
• Escalate any strategic issues appropriately and as required
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all deliverables

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of relevant legal experience post Masters of Advocacy (University of Malta)
• Clear analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor junior team members
• Excellent vernal and written communication skills in English and in Maltese
• Highly reliabe in managing deadlines and deliverables

Education and Experience

• Must be a locally qualified and warranted Lawyer
