Our client in the Payments Industry is looking to recruit a Lawyer to join their small team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling legal documentation and corporate documents 
  • Supporting in contract negotiations 
  • Supporting management in advice related to contracts, commercial, IT & Data related topic
  • Supporting in insurance ratters 
  • Supporting in ESG matters 
  • Handling any matters related to company internationalisations plans 
  • Supporting in non disclosure agreements, and corporate agreements
  • Assisting in the any licenses 
  • Supporting in data protection matters 
  • Supporting the Head of Legal in any day to day tasks

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role locally ideally in commercial law firms or inhouse roles
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
  • Previous knowledge in contract agreements, and reviewing of contracts

Education and Experience

  • Warranted Lawyer
