Job Title: Legal Assistant (Ukrainian and English Speaking)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-growing crypto company. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in various legal and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining legal records, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on various topics related to the crypto industry, including regulations, compliance requirements, and intellectual property matters
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, policies, and regulatory filings
Maintain accurate and organized legal records, including contracts, corporate documents, and intellectual property filings
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documents for legal matters
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Assist in preparing and organizing materials for meetings, presentations, and hearings
Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Stay up to date with legal developments and changes in the crypto industry to support the legal team in identifying potential risks and opportunities
Support the legal team in other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field. Additional certification in Legal Studies is a plus
Prior experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, preferably in a law firm, corporate legal department, or crypto-related industry
Solid understanding of legal principles and procedures
Familiarity with the crypto industry and knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable
Proficient in conducting legal research using online databases and resources
Fluent in Ukrainian and English languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using legal software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong ethics and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
