Lawyer (Media, Tech, DPO, and IP)
Internal Description
Aims International Malta is pleased to be supporting our client operating within the Legal and CSP industries in onboarding a lawyer focused on the Media & tech, DP, and IP specializations.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Providing legal advice relating to the specified sectors.
- Assisting with Data Protection Officer (DPO)–related work.
- Attending court occasionally and supporting litigation matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal practice.
- Proven expertise in data protection and/or intellectual property compliance.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, especially in the technology sector.
- Experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is an advantage but not required.
