Our client is a boutique law firm who are looking for a Lawyer to join their team. If you are interested in corporate, M&A and commercial law, their could be an interesting opportunity for you
Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A matters.
- Conduct legal research on a range of corporate and commercial issues.
- Draft legal opinions, agreements, and transactional documentation.
- Support the firm in handling strategic legal matters.
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm on client engagements.
- Provide legal and commercial advisory support to clients.
Requirements
- Fully Qualified and Warranted Lawyer
- Excellent spoken English and Maltese
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- A desire to learn and grow
- Preference is given to candidates with 2-5 years of experience
