Lawyer

Our Client within the gaming industry is looking for a Lawyer to join their growing team :

Responsibilities include : 

• Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date with gaming laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the organization's compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including payment agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and other legal documents relevant to our business. Ensure contracts are compliant, whilst protecting the business's interests, and manage legal risks.
• Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters related to gaming operations. Advise on intellectual property, consumer protection, and other legal issues specific to the gaming industry.
• Dispute Resolution and Litigation: Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters which might involve Rhino Entertainment. Collaborate with external counsel when necessary, oversee legal strategies, and work towards favourable resolutions.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide legal input and expertise on policy matters, regulatory submissions, and compliance frameworks.
• Intellectual Property Management: Support the protection and management of intellectual property assets. Advise on trademark registrations, copyrights, licensing agreements, and intellectual property infringement matters.

• Proficient in contract review,negotiation and drafting
• Excellent Communication skills
• Previous experience within the gaming industry will be considered an asset

• Law degree from an accredited institution within the EU
