Lawyer

A new opportunity has arisen within a medium-sized law firm. We are working with our client to recruit Lawyer/s within their growing team of professionals: 

Responsibilities: 

Depending on the practice area they specialise in, the lawyer/s will be

• Providing legal advice as may be required
• Drafting and reviewing of legal documentation including contracts and agreement
• Conducting timely and precise legal research into specific area of the Law
• Representing international and local clients in contentious civil suits, both before the inferior and before the superior courts
• Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
• Any other ancillary duties that may be required

• Previous experience within a similar legal environment will be considered an asset
• Fluency both in English and Maltese
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Adapt to the circumstances presented

• Possession of a law degree and holds a warrant to practice in Malta
