Junior Lawyer
A boutique CSP is currently on the lookout for a Junior Lawyer to work on Corporate matters.
Main duties include:
- Maintaining a portfolio of clients
- Assisting with the onboarding of clients, collection of due diligence document in liaison with the compliance officers
- Drafting of corporate legal documents
- Oversight of all internal legal and regulatory matters
- Liaising with numerous regulatory bodies such as MFSA,MBR and FIAU as the case may be
- Providing legal, regulatory and compliance guidance to clients when required
- Providing legal advice to per client requests
- Minimum of 1-2 years of local experience in a related field
- Excellent communication in both Maltese and English
- Can work independently and within a team
- Master in Advocacy
