Junior Lawyer

A boutique CSP is currently on the lookout for a Junior Lawyer to work on Corporate and Compliance matter.

Main duties include: 

• Maintaining a portfolio of corporate and compliance clients
• Reviewing the onboarding of clients, collection of due diligence document as well as carry out periodic KYC and compliance file reviews
• Maintain company records, internal database and corporate related documentation
• Assisting with the compilations of compliance reports for the Board of Directors and stakeholders
• Oversight of internal compliance and AML policies
• Liaising with numerous regulatory bodies such as MFSA,MBR and FIAU
• Providing legal, regulatory and compliance guidance to clients when required

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field
• Excelled communication in both Maltese and English
• Can work independently and within a team

• In the last year of Advocacy studies or a fresh graduate with a Masters in Advocacy
