HR Executive – Payroll & Recruitment

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to support growing operations with a specialized focus on payroll management and recruitment. This role is vital for maintaining end-to-end HR processes, particularly for Third Country Nationals (TCNs), while ensuring organizational compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Execute monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.  
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including tax and National Insurance (NI). 
•  Maintain precise payroll records and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Source qualified candidates and manage all job postings.  
• Screen applicants and coordinate the interview schedule.  
• Provide ongoing support to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage the comprehensive A-Z visa and work permit process for TCN applicants, including those currently based abroad. 
•  Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their application journey
• Liaise directly with Jobsplus and Identità Malta
• Coordinate the full onboarding and offboarding experience for local, EU, and TCN staff
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and digital documentation.  
• Ensure all company practices align with Maltese employment laws and regulations.  
• Support daily HR operations, general procedures, and performance appraisals.  
• Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable organizational feedback

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Maltese employment law and payroll standards
• Proven experience handling TCN work permit processes via Identità.
