Corporate Lawyer

Our client a boutique CSP is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team

Responsibilities: 

• Drafting and reviews various contracts 
• Handling various corporate matters including project and structured-finance material
• Liaising with the different regulators
• Drafting and implementing various documentation in relation to corporate governance and compliance obligations
• Dealing with clients in a timely manner

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Able to meet deadlines
• Pro-active and able to work under pressure

• A Maltese Law warrant
