Our client a boutique CSP is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviews various contracts
- Handling various corporate matters including project and structured-finance material
- Liaising with the different regulators
- Drafting and implementing various documentation in relation to corporate governance and compliance obligations
- Dealing with clients in a timely manner
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Able to meet deadlines
- Pro-active and able to work under pressure
- A Maltese Law warrant
- Hybrid work
