Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

Our client, an international Law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join their team.

Main Responsibilities :

• Support the Partner on a wide range of legal and operational matters, including Corporate, Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Tax, Intellectual Property, IT, and Gaming.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, handle company law matters, and assist with investment and compliance work.
• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, and provide business and regulatory advice to clients.
• Coordinate with regulators, auditors, external counsel, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage administrative and organizational tasks, including scheduling, document management, follow-ups, and project tracking.
• Attend client meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure timely and accurate support for ongoing matters.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong drafting, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

• Law degree with at least two years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial law or a related field.
