As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting new full-time opening in Serbia for the right person looking to develop their career in Compliance. We are looking for a person who doesn't back down in front of huge challenges, and who will stretch to the limits to reach his or her goals.  

As Auditor Officer, reporting to our COO, you'll be playing an important role in ensuring the international activity and products adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and technical standards, leading all audits and product certifications required to maintain compliance with the licensing requirements.

What You’ll do:

• Responsible for the audits and certification, leading the preparation of the documentation submitted to the auditors, liaising with other departments on prudential compliance matters, and drafting detailed reports and memos to ensure overall compliance to successfully complete the audits and certifications.
• Be the main point of contact with external auditors to conduct on-site audits of our products and activity and targeted audits when necessary.
• Assist the department with the reviewing of audit reports conducted by auditors, ensuring that any non-compliance observed is duly adhered to within a reasonable timeframe as agreed with the external auditors and/or regulators.
• Coordinate and communicate roadmaps, the roll-out of system integrations (in collaboration with our Casino Coordinator and Compliance System Analyst), product features, and back-end and front-end releases.
• Manage complex projects, run in parallel, and support teams with prioritization.
• Track and report on project progress and eliminate obstacles for the teams.
• Contribute to business discussions around the company's day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
• Any other tasks that management might assign.

The requirements for this role are:

• A minimum 2-year experience in compliance, IT analysis, or internal audit roles.
• Previous experience in a gambling company is an asset.
• A college degree is required.
• Advanced Excel Skills including control of the functions sort, filter, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, Text Formulas, IF Formulas, Charts, and conditional formatting.
• Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills with native-level proficiency required to produce high-quality reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.
• Self-motivated with high-performance standards, able to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Can-do attitude, result-oriented person, and effective under pressure with the ability to anticipate needs and seeks to improve work processes and proactively resolve issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships
