Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Motor Insurance Claims Handler at Thomas Smith, which forms part of PB Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process insurance claims promptly and accurately
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for streamlined operations
• Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication
• Assess claims by policy terms and regulations
• Generate monthly reports for management evaluation
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
• Participate in the implementation of insurance coverage
• Generate and analyse reports to monitor key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of advanced level education
• IT proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Maltese
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Preference is given to candidates with insurance-related qualifications.
