Motor Claims Handler

Our client, an insurance broking company is looking to recruit a Motor Claims Handler to join their team. The client is after an ambitious individual who is looking to start their career in the insurance sector and will be given the opportunity to grow within the business

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all the Motor claims process from initial notification, follow up, liaising with Insurers and customers up to final claim settlement
• Provide full assistance to customers throughout the entire claims process
• Ensuring a proper follow up of all claims with Insurers and keeping the customers fully updated with developments
• Delivering the highest level of customer service
• Ensuring that company policies, procedure and regulatory requirements are adhered to at all times
• Responsible for providing monthly and quarterly reports on outstanding claims to the Claims Manager and/or Managing Director

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in an insurance claims environment
• Fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English

• Holds at least an A Level Standard of Education. Qualifications related to insurance will be preferred
