Our client is looking within the transportation industry is looking for an Insurance Officer to join their growing team.
Main Responsibilities include :
- Handling and monitoring all fleet insurance-related documentation.
- Up-keeping weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensuring all vehicle insurance-related documentation is updated.
- Handling all insurance renewals and claims.
- maintaining the LESA website with contraventions and ensuring payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Updating expense sheets.
- Preparing documentation for fleet departments such as licenses and tags.
- Handling permits.
- Preparing documentation for the purchase of new vehicles.
- Applying for Government grants.
- Booking services, maintenance, and repairs for the entire fleet.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Ability to work under Pressure
- Two years or more experience working in insurance claims
- Qualifications in Insurance will be considered an asset
