Insurance assistant

Alan Motors Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Insurance assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are looking to recruit an Insurance Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Dealing directly with clients
• Assisting clients with their relevant insurance queries
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly
• Assist with live chats when necessary
• Additional admin duties as necessary
• Assist with the day-to-day accounting
• Prepare Transport Malta documents.

Skill-sets and Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
• The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries
• Experience in an insurance setting or a customer care-related discipline would be considered an asset.
