Alan Motors Ltd is a leading company in second-hand vehicle sales, Tied Insurance Intermediaries and Cab & Rental Services Operators.
We are seeking to employ an Insurance Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising directly with clients
- Selling Insurance Products
- Assisting clients with their relevant insurance queries
- Assisting clients with Quote
- Upselling Insurance Products
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Assist with live chats when necessary
- Additional ad hoc admin duties as necessary
- Handling clients with Claims.
Skill-sets and Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
- The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries
- Experience in an insurance setting or a customer care-related discipline would be considered an asset.
Education & Experience:
- Experience is considered as an asset, however, full training will be provided.
