General Claims Officer

Our client, a leading company in the Insurance Industry is looking to recruit a General Claims Officer to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of claims whilst insurance that policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to
• Gathering and processing information which is required in order to assess more complex claims
• Adhere to the Complaint Management process
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the department

• A minimum of 2 years of local experience working in an office environment
• Previous experience working in the insurance industry would be an asset
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Maltese

• A minimum of an advanced level of education
