Commercial Insurance Officer

Our client, a leading Insurance company is looking to recruit a Commercial Insuruance Officer to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities :

• Gather and assess customers’ insurance needs
• Recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to clients’ requirements
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions with professional advice
• Ensure clients fully understand their insurance cover and terms
• Prepare and manage all related insurance documentation

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Good IT skills, including practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
• Previous experience in the Local insurance industry or in a customer service-related role, which would be considered an advantage

Education and Experience

• O Level Standard of Education
