Claims Associate

An international insurance company with a growing local presence is seeking a Claims Associate to join their team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the business as it expands both locally and internationally. This role requires the individual to be client-facing, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve all assigned objectives upon appointment.
• Efficiently manage all claims within the designated file allocation, adhering to group SLAs.
• Collect and process information as required to support the thorough evaluation of complex cases.
• Oversee recovery files in detail.
• Follow the client’s Complaint Management process.
• Provide outstanding customer service by handling calls, assisting walk-in clients, and addressing their needs.

• Candidates must be customer centric
