Payroll Executive (Client Payroll)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive who is keen to elevate their career alongside a dedicated team of payroll experts. In this position, you will be reporting directly to the Payroll Services Manager, and the duties will include:

• Payroll calculations for a portfolio of clients 
• Migrations and parallel runs 
• Adhoc Reporting 
• Leave Management 
• Time & Attendance 
• Processing Salary Payments 

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Education and Experience

• An A’ Level standard of education
• Knowledge of payroll software, mainly Shireburn or Talexio, as well as strong knowledge in Maltese employment law will be considered an asset
• Professional proficiency in excel is a must
• A minimum of 2 years experience handling Maltese payroll life cycle will also be considered an asset, ideally with particular exposure to Time & Attendance
