Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking to recruit a Senior Payroll Administrator to join its team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including client set-up, coordination, and issuance of billing.
  • Handle monthly payroll processes, including coordination of payments to employees.
  • Manage and coordinate payroll-related payments to third parties.
  • Handle employee engagement processes, including onboarding and terminations within the payroll cycle.
  • Prepare forms and documentation for clients.
  • Register new companies with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and Jobsplus.
  • Register new employees with the IRD and Jobsplus.
  • Process employee terminations with Jobsplus and the IRD.
  • Assist clients with payroll-related queries and issues.
  • Coordinate internally to assess and respond to client needs.
  • Support any other related payroll and administrative duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Shireburn Indigo payroll software.
  • Payroll-related courses would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
