Payroll Coordinator
Betsson is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support our payroll and finance team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in processing monthly employee expenses
- Input and manage payroll data from different teams
- Calculate and submit deductions, leave, sick pay, overtime, and on-call payments in a timely manner
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
- Process and reconcile invoices and payments
- Perform monthly payroll closing duties and reporting
- Handle payroll-related reconciliations
- Address employee payroll queries daily
- Carry out other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as needed.
Education: O-Level or MCAST Certificate.
Experience: 1+ years in a payroll & finance environment.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Well-organized with great time management
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Committed and driven with a passion for accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills.
