Learning & Development Executive
The Role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others grow, enjoys facilitating learning experiences, and wants to contribute to building a culture of continuous development across the organisation.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new team members.
- Organise, facilitate and evaluate training programmes across the organisation.
- Support with the identification of learning needs and sourcing training solutions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the annual training plan.
- Work with other trainers in the organisation to develop engaging training materials, presentations and learning resources.
- Monitor and maintain training records, attendance and learning metrics.
- Support performance, talent and career development initiatives.
- Coordinate with external training providers, certifications and professional development opportunities.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proven expertise in social media recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- HR-related qualification or advanced education preferred
- Fluent in English; Maltese is an asset
