Our client is a local group that operates in various sectors and as they are growing they would like employ a Human Resources Manager to join their team
The Role
You will oversee all aspects of the human resources function
You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative functions of an organization's human resources department. You will ensure that HR operations are conducted smoothly
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Coordinate job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training
Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment
Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards regarding compensation and benefits
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Oversee the maintenance and utilization of HR information systems for data management, reporting, and analytics
Ensure that payroll is conducted on time, accurately and with the least amount of errors
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
Be the go to person on HR related matters for the company
Skill-sets and Requirements
Have a minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources Management
Have experience leading a team
Can communicate at all levels
Be both strategic and operational
Education & Experience
Have tertiary education preferably in Human Resources
