We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to employees and management. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs
- Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
