Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals) to identify potential candidates.
Review resumes and perform initial candidate evaluations.
Organize and conduct interviews, ensuring a fair, unbiased selection process.
Administer relevant assessments and analyze results to assess candidate qualifications.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and positive engagement.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate credentials.
Manage the onboarding process, coordinating orientation and integration with appropriate teams.
Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment.
Partner with department heads to identify staffing requirements and support hiring needs
Provide hiring managers and stakeholders with regular updates on the recruitment proces
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and outcomes.
Prepare and deliver regular recruitment reports and key metrics to senior management.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices for greater efficiency.
Contribute to HR initiatives and projects that support broader organizational goals.
Requirements

Education and Experience
MQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
A good command of English and Maltese.
