A new Human Resources Manager role is available in the Pharmaceutical industry. You will be reporting to the Head of Operations, and your main responsibilities will be the following:
Handling all recruitment cycle from identifying channels for promoting roles to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Collaborating with relevant Head of Departments to identify skills gap and collate appropriate job description
Setting development plans
Liaising with Unions when required
Overseeing administrative HR functions related to employment and remuneration (leave, sick leave and overtime)
Handling all employee matters including retention, incentive plans and motivation
Coordinating with other departments to enhance Company image as an Employer of Choice
Coordinating the onboarding program for new employees and ensuring consistency and collaboration, promoting company vision and values
Management of Employee handbook and all policies ensuring relevance to current requirements and legislation
Identifying training needs through Training Needs Analysis exercise, regular appraisals and One-to-One meetings
