Our client who specializes in the Hospitality industry is looking for an HR Executive. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Maintaining employee records and files and being the point of contact for all employees and stakeholders on all HR matters
Overseeing other HR-related matters, including attendance sheet monitoring, active participation in recruitment and training processes for new employees, and ensuring staff adherence to all Company policies
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and providing advice on policies and procedures set within the company
Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, especially with engagement documentation and work permit processes for third-country nationals. Preparing and handling applications for both EU and non-EU employees
Dealing with the day-to-day HR administration work
Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Preparing and maintaining HR documents and reports
Organizing, and coordinating the training of employees and keeping training log sheets updated with any certificates pertaining to employee training records

Having knowledge of labour legislation
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent command of English and Maltese
Education and Experience
Previous experience in a similar position
