Our client is a hugely successful building services contractor undertaking a range of projects throughout Malta. With a diverse workforce of over 200, an HR Administrator is now required to join the busy and dynamic Human Resources division team.

Reporting to the HR Leader, this role will encompass many aspects of human resources including ensuring paperwork is updated timely; managing the benefits scheme; enrolment of new recruits and assisting in recruitment processes and with HR related queries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain personnel files
  • Manage employee benefits
  • Work with HR Leader to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws
  • Administration in relation to recruitment; posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews etc
  • Assist with employment contracts, changes, terminations and work permit applications
  • Consistent communication with personnel relating to HR matters

Talent will:

  • Possess a Diploma or equivalent in HR, Business Administration or similar field
  • Demonstrate previous administration or HR experience and preferably have some experience with management systems
  • Have some knowledge of local employment law
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Possess a clean police conduct certificate
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills
