HR Assistant

A new HR Assistant position is now available where you will be reporting directly to the HR Manager and your duties will include:

• Acting as a point of reference for all employees and the management team
• Managing the recruitment function of the HR team, including publishing vacancies, screening applicants, contract negotiations and new employee orientation among other duties
• Supporting the HR function in areas such as performance management, developing and implementing policies, employee relations and disciplinary actions if necessary
• Maintaining training records in liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring the Administrative side of the HR function including employee records, remuneration, engagements and terminations among other areas
• Carrying out other ad hoc duties as may be required.
