The Role

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting suitable candidates for various property-related vacancies. You will work independently while collaborating closely with management to understand hiring needs and team culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates through social media, job platforms, and personal networks

Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews

Presenting shortlisted candidates to management

Writing and posting job advertisements where required

Building a pipeline of potential candidates for future vacancies

Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Understanding the company culture and role requirements to ensure the right fit

What We’re Looking For

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or a people-focused role (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident screening and interviewing ability

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Organised and proactive approach

Ability to identify driven, high-potential candidates

Familiarity with the property sector is an asset but not required

Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
