The People and Culture function provides the human capital necessary for the fulfilment of MFSA’s mandate, encompassing recruitment, retention, employee experience, and learning and development. Operating through an HR Business Partner model, the function supports organisational effectiveness by aligning people strategies with business priorities, fostering a high-performance culture, and enabling sustainable growth and transformation. By placing employees at the centre of the Authority’s mission, People and Culture drives initiatives that strengthen capability, engagement, and organisational resilience.
About the Role
The Deputy Head of People and Culture will support the Head in leading and implementing MFSA’s people strategy, with a strong focus on operational excellence, people development, and cultural alignment. The role will act as second-in-command within the function, ensuring business continuity and supporting strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The Deputy Head will be responsible for the People and Culture team’s day-to-day operations, annual workplan, and deputise for the Head as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle any other duties as assigned by the Head of People and Culture and/or as may be required by the MFSA from time to time based on the exigencies of the Authority.
