Client Payroll Officer

Our client is looking for a Client Payroll Officer to join their team as they continue to expand their client base. 

Responsibilities

• Payroll preparation for both local and international clients
• Collect, verify, and maintain payroll data, including working hours, sick leave, and employee information.
• Manage statutory obligations, such as obtaining single permits, residency cards and employment registrations
• Ensure payroll activities are carried out accurately, confidentially, and in line with company procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and preparation.
• Familiarity with Payroll Software and Maltese Employment Law, including employee registration and enrolment,
• Proficient in written and spoken English (knowledge of Maltese and Italian is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
