Control food costs and manage inventory to ensure profitability and sustainability.
Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and catering services.
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen management.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Creative flair and a passion for developing new dishes and menus.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred.
