What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a fast-casual or fine-dining setting.

• Skills: Excellent communication, strong menu knowledge (food, wine, and cocktails), and the ability to multitask under pressure.

• Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
