Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly dining experience.

Present menus, take orders accurately, and offer recommendations on food and beverages.

Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Ensure tables are set, clean, and properly stocked before and after service.

Address guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues professionally.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate transaction records.

Monitor tables and proactively respond to guest needs throughout their visit.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
