Food Chain Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Team Member (Boost) to join their team on a part-time basis. 

 *To be accepted for this role applicants must have a valid work permit.

Position objective:
To always deliver an amazing experience to our customers and to create an environment that makes customers and team members feel good.  Always make and provide healthy, low-fat products that taste good in the cleanest and most sanitary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create the Boost experience
  • Follow the 6 steps of service at ‘Register’ and the 3 steps of service at ‘Pour Up’
  • Develop product knowledge and pass on information to customers when necessary
  • Strive to deliver the best product as per the Operational Procedure Guides (OPGs) and report any problems to Team Leaders
  • Complete all BEN online training and regularly read notices
  • Perform all tasks using correct procedures as detailed in OPG, Operations Manual, and approved checklists
  • Maintain excellent food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in line with Operations Manual and legislation
  • Take every opportunity to improve store operations and cleanliness standards
  • Always maintain outstanding personal appearance standards according to company policy
  • Actively seek opportunities to work as a team and be open & honest at all times
  • Act in a professional manner at all times
  • Attend team meetings and events where possible and participate in promotional activities of the store including working at off-site events as detailed by Team Leader or Brand Executive
  • Attend all training courses as specified by Boost
  • Encourage the “Boost Vibe” and a fun atmosphere with all Team Members while maintaining work standards, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Maintain a healthy & safe working and shopping environment at all times
  • Report any potential or actual hazards to Team Leaders
  • Maintains and adheres to all security procedures and policies
  • Adheres to Company Cash Policy and is responsible for contents of cash drawer (if assigned)
  • Maintain accurate administrative paperwork when assigned by Team Leaders or part of shift responsibilities
  • Performs other duties (within skill and training) as assigned by Team Leader and Brand Executive.
