Mallard Co. Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The candidate will be under the General guidance and supervision of the Head Chef and within the limits of the established hotel policies and procedures. The shifts for the sous chef position are on the day in day out basis and a good remuneration package will be given to the right applicant.

Requirements:
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, working in a hotel kitchen. 

*Maltese and European Nationalities will be preferred and only Third country nationals currently living in Malta can apply.
